Our Story

Masa Madre Bakehouse

Born from a love of natural fermentation and the comforting flavors of Latin baking, Masa Madre Bakehouse began as a small home kitchen project and has grown into a heartfelt artisan bakery.


We blend old-world sourdough techniques with Latin-inspired recipes to create breads that are wholesome, flavorful, and deeply rooted in tradition.

Every loaf is baked by hand, in small batches, using natural starters and quality ingredients, to ensure the integrity and flavor that only time and care can bring.
